Kathrin Tschirner lives and works in Berlin as a freelance photographer and photo editor. She completed her Master's degree in Photography & Communication Design in 2015, under the direction of Ute Mahler at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW). During her international Bachelor's degree in Photography & Fine Arts at the ArtEz Academy for Art&Design in the Netherlands, she lived for nine months in Istanbul where she worked as a photo assistant for various fashion and documentary photographers.
